Indian Railways: Reservation counters open today for ticket booking

Indian Railways:- Railways have today opened their reservation counters for booking reservation tickets across the country.

Indian Railways News. Ticket booking has started at the Reservation Counter and Common Service Center from today.

Today, people put up lines at the station's reservation counters to book tickets.

Ticket booking has started at the Reservation Counter and Common Service Center in Bhopal from today.

Physical distance is taken care of at the Reservation Center.

One person said that for 2-3 months we were very upset to go to our house and now that the ticket has been received, I am very happy.

Earlier, the Railways has informed that from today onwards, booking of reserved tickets will start at passenger reservation system counters and common service centers of cancellation post offices,

 passenger ticket facility centers and IRCTC authorized agents as well as reservation centers.

Booking of tickets has also started from 1.75 lakh community service centers from today.

It is worth noting that before today, train tickets are being booked through IRCTC website and app.

People have lined up outside the railway reservation center at New Delhi railway station.

One person told that when we got information about it last night, we came here at 4 o'clock this morning.

If we get a ticket, we will be able to go to our house.

Indian Railways is going to run 200 new trains from June 1. 

Railways have started booking 200 passenger trains on Thursday (21 May) from 1st June.

For these trains, 5.51 lakh tickets were booked in the first four hours of online booking starting from 10 am on Thursday (May 21).

Amid the rage of ticket booking, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal said that almost a quarter two lakh of the country from Friday Ticket booking will start at Community Service Centers (CSCs).

The re-opening of all booking facilities will be an important step in the gradual restoration of passenger rail services.

This will make the job of booking tickets for prospective passengers from all parts of India in reserved trains.

The Ministry also said that the regional Railways would have to follow the standard physical distance guidelines and also follow the sanitation protocol in view of the covid-19 epidemic.
